Recycling timber at scale

On-site processing, transfer station recovery, and industrial recycling across Victoria and South East Queensland — reducing landfill and producing mulch, biomass, recycled timber and pellet feedstock.
Timber recycling at scale

What we do

Timbercycle delivers practical, industrial-scale solutions for the recovery, processing, reuse, and recycling of timber and green waste. Our services are designed to reduce landfill volumes, maximise material recovery, and return timber waste to productive use.

Timbercycle provides mobile and contract processing services for timber and green waste at active sites, including transfer stations, councils, demolition projects, and large developments.

Processing material on site reduces transport requirements, lowers disposal costs, and delivers immediate volume reduction before landfill is considered.

Timbercycle works with transfer stations and recycling centres to recover timber and green waste from incoming material streams.

Materials are assessed, separated, and processed to maximise reuse and recycling outcomes, significantly reducing landfill volumes and improving overall recovery performance.

Timbercycle manages and processes treated, painted, and engineered timbers that are often excluded from standard recycling pathways.

Where reuse or recycling is not immediately possible, Timbercycle focuses on safe handling, volume reduction, and continuous improvement through ongoing research and development.

Pallet recovery before recycling

Timbercycle treats timber pallets as a reusable asset first. Pallets are collected, assessed for reuse, repaired where safe and practical, and redistributed back into circulation. Only pallets beyond repair are recycled into mulch, biomass, or pellet feedstock.

Recovered products, returned to use

Recovered timber and green waste are processed into usable products and returned to industry and the community.

Recycled mulch

Mulch produced from recovered timber and green waste.

Processed green waste

Recovered green waste prepared for landscaping and soil use.

Recycled timber products

Recovered timber returned to practical reuse.

Biomass & pellet feedstock

Timber residues processed for energy and industrial use.

Advancing timber recycling solutions

Timbercycle invests in ongoing research and development to improve recovery outcomes for laminated timbers, MDF, particle board, treated timber, and other complex materials. Our focus is continuous improvement — reducing landfill reliance year after year.

If timber is still going to landfill, there is more work to do.

PART OF RECYCLE GROUP

Timbercycle operates within the broader Recycle Group, providing access to established infrastructure, logistics capability, and consistent material streams. This integrated ecosystem enables recycling solutions to move from concept into operational reality.
